Current Procedure Terminology (CPT) codes are a standard set of codes used to describe health care services.
Update - November 1, 2018 - There has been a lot of recent activity surrounding the update and maintenance of these codes. BCIA offered a webinar on October 26 that outlined the history and gave an update on the work that is going on now. This webinar has been recorded and we suggest that anybody wanting to consider insurance reimbursement should purchase this recording. Additionally, watching the recorded webinar and completing the evaluation/exam will provide all BCIA certified professionals with 1.5 hours of accredited CE to be used as a portion of the required 3 hours of ethics for the recertification requirement. Click here to purchase the webinar.
BCIA does not keep information on this topic because there are no codes that are specifically used by only those who carry our certification.
